You retain all rights to your product data, documents, and decisions you upload (“Customer Data”). You grant Dcision a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Dcision provides workflow support, checks, and insights based on regulatory sources, but it is not a law firm or a medical/financial advisor. The Service and its outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice. You should obtain advice from qualified professionals where appropriate.
We may add, change, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
We treat Customer Data as confidential. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. See the Privacy Notice for details.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dcision disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of third-party data sources.
To the extent permitted by law, Ddecision shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction sit exclusively with the competent courts in that location.
